CHANGE OR CANCELLATIONS

We understand plans can change, so please let us know as soon as possible.

For change and cancellation, we require a minimum of 2 working days. For orders above $5,000 a minimum of 5 working days is required. Both in writing to hello@southlane.co or Whatsapp 57448390.

For any change or cancellation made within the above timeline, any payment made will be non-refundable/exchangeable.
